That's right.  Curling has been added to the Badger State Summer Games in Green Bay June 26-28.  Wisconsin and Illinois residents can register online until June 15 at http://www.badgerstategames.org/bsgsum/curling.  Divisions include men, women, mixed, and under 18.  Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded in each division.

The Wisconsin team of David Brown (skip), Leon Romaniuk (third), Dan Brown (second) and Richard Maskel (lead) defeated the Dave Plant team from Quesnel, British Columbia by a score of 6-4 in the Bronze Medal final to finish in 3rd Place in the Men's Division at the 10th annual Pacific International Cup in Richmond, B.C. on Sunday.  The Brown team posted a 7-2 win/loss record during the five day, 20 team tournament that featured teams from Canada, Australia, and the United States.  Read on for more about the event.
 

The members and directors of the Wisconsin State Curling Association will have their semi-annual meeting at the United States Curling Association office in Stevens Point on Saturday, April 25.  Read on for the agenda.

The Kimy Rhyme (Green Bay CC) and Blake Morton (Madison CC) rinks are competing in the U-18 Optimist International Championship April 2-5 at the Callie Curling Club in Regina, Saskatchewan.  Live results can be found at www.callieclub.com/modules.php.
